Can I prepare to be a good lover?

Dear Aunties,

I want to learn to impress the ladies but I don't have one to practice on. I have found in the past women crying when we sex and would prefer this not to happen much in future.

Due to my track record I am nervous to try sex with another woman until I learn better that art of making the ladies reach the top.

How can I learn to pleasure a lady without hands on?
