Dear Aunties,
I need a bit of cash. I've heard of people who sell kidneys etc. However, I'm a bit attached to my internal organs. I, on the other hand, do not need my left leg.
I drive an automatic. I'm always finding odd socks. I kick a football with my right foot.
Is there a market for left legs. If so, how much would I be likely to get for a 102 cm, white leg, (shaving possible.)

Dear Greg Twoleggs,
I'm not sure how much you'll get for a lone leg. However, have you considered bundling an arm into the deal? People wouldn't use the expression "It'll cost an arm and a leg" if that combo wasn't worth a bob or two.
However, have you thought this through? If you go through with this and then change your mind, you won't have a leg to stand on.
Perhaps you could down a bottle of vodka so that you can get a better idea of how it feels to be legless, before you make your final decision.

Dear Greg Twoleggs,
Having one leg is rather old fashioned - you are not a Pirate or a World War II veteran. Wait and see what the trends of 2011 bring. I should be very surprised if wooden legs don't make a comeback soon.
