I have a singing groinal growth

Dear Aunties,

I have a large, singing painless growth just to the right of my penis. I've become attached to it and given him a name, Ernest.

However the problem is that Ernie is larger than my penis and so gets in the way when I try to have lovely sex. Are there any special positions for people who share my problem?
