Try enrolling in a doctoral program. When you pick up your pen to write that thesis, you'll have the writer's block you've always wanted.

"I just can't stop writing!"
I need writer's block and I need it now
Dear Aunties,
I feel so inspired to write that I always have a pen in hand. Every single interaction with another human being gives rise to a poem and sometimes even a paperback book.
However I'm getting fed up with always feeling creative. It's hard to find time to sleep with so many good ideas flying through my brain. I often skip meals in case they inspire a sonnet.
Are there any ways to induce writer's block?

Dear Lara,
Watch The X Factor, Big Brother and then that potato advert with Lloyd Grossman and/or any programme with Janet Street Porter. Possible outcomes: (1) complete brain-dead coma (2) overwhelming urge to harm people. Either way, your computer won't be high on your priorities.
