Why am I pulling coffee-filled all-nighters?

Dear Aunties,

I wake up at 7am and work until 11pm. I never see my friends. I drink high-caffeine drinks. I have developed an obsession with tidying, surfing the net and preparing timetables. I look forward to XKCD updates. I have callouses on my finger tips. I am very stressed.

What is your diagnosis? What is the prognosis? Is there a cure?
